Acupuncturist | Dr. Jacqueline Jia Zhang
Dr. Jacqueline Jia Zhang is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of California and certified by National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She graduated from Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1991. This six-year educational program covered Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as Western Medicine. Following that, she worked at Beijing JiuXianQiao hospital for three years, specializing in Geriatric medicine. In 1993, Dr. Zhang moved to the United States. Dr. Zhang practiced Acupuncture in San Diego and taught at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine for over three years. She joined ASHN in January 1998. Currently, she oversees the ASH’s Acupuncture Program. Dr. Zhang also received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Irvine in 2003.

Dr. Mines is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and licensed as a chiropractor in six states (including California). He currently directs American Specialty Health’s Clinical Care Management Team, where he provides oversight of clinical staff and various processes associated with the review of treatment plans submitted by chiropractic and massage therapy providers credentialed through ASH.

Dr. Randy Snyder is a licensed massage therapist and the manager of the Massage Therapy Department at American Specialty Health. Dr. Snyder is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), American Public Health Association, and Massage Therapy Foundation. He has taught massage therapy and chiropractic continuing education classes and spoke at AMTA conferences. He also serves as an educational consultant for a massage therapy program at a college in Southern California. His licenses for chiropractic are in California and his massage therapy licenses are in Washington and Utah.
